Reconditioned Cases

There are several Steps to a reconditioned case.

First, the case is torn down to the tub. All components are power washed and prepped to be powder coated. Expansion valves are replaced, and the coil is evacuated and then pressurized with dry nitrogen. Electrical circuits are tested and replaced as needed. Fan blades and existing lights are replaced. LED replacements are available upon request. Old exterior panels are replaced with new panels manufactured on-site. The interior and exterior parts of the case are reassembled. The finished case is supported, stretch-wrapped, and finally packaged for shipment.
