RECONDITIONED CASES

THERE ARE SEVERAL STEPS TO A RECONDITIONED CASE

Beginning with tearing down the tub of the case, all parts are removed. All components are power washed, and all parts are prepped to be powder coated. Expansion valves are replaced, the coil is evacuated, and then pressurized with dry nitrogen. Electrical circuits in the case are tested and replaced as needed. Fan blades are replaced and existing lights are replaced or LED installed if requested. The interior and exterior parts of the case are reassembled. The case is packaged for shipment, and shelves, pans, wire racks, splash guard, brackets, p-traps, and joint trim are installed The finished case is supported for shipment and stretch wrapped.
