Are you someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, staying organized, and actively participating in the success of a company? We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Forklift Operator to join our team at TNT Industries Inc., a leader in refrigeration refabrication manufacturing. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the flow of materials and ensuring safety is a top priority.

What You’ll Do: 

• Handle Materials: Safely and efficiently move raw materials, products, and supplies within multiple buildings. You’ll use hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure that products meet company standards before they are loaded. If you see something, say something – we rely on you to identify and report defects or issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-shift inspection and mechanical checks. Perform minor upkeep, such as fueling or battery charging.
• Collaborate: Work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure materials and products are moved in and out of the warehouse according to schedule. You’ll be a key part of ensuring everything is on time and running smoothly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
  
  

Who You Are: 

• Experienced with Equipment: You know your way around material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Safety is a priority, and you’re familiar with safety protocols for operating these machines.
• Efficient & Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once. You work efficiently and always look for ways to improve processes.
• Reliable and Team-Oriented: You show up on time, ready to work, and enjoy collaborating with other team members. You understand that the work you do directly impacts the company’s success and customer satisfaction.
• Safety-Conscious: You prioritize safety at all times, both for yourself and your colleagues.
  
  

What We’re Looking For: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Forklift Operation Certification
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods, and work in varying environments
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
