What You’ll Do:

• Handle Materials: Safely and efficiently move raw materials, products, and supplies. You will use hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move material.
• Carpentry: Build crates and pallets from stock lumber.
• Metal Fabrication: Build, shape, and assemble metal components to exact specifications.
• Foam Injection: Use a two-tank foam system to inject foam, maintaining the correct ratios. Clean and maintain the foam injection applicator and system.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Assist with keeping the production area clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency. Following all housekeeping protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods, and work in varying environments
